Available only at select participating Safeway stores. Safeway Inc. will assign funds of up to $20 million annually for contribution to participating organization(s) through the eScrip program. Should customer contributions for any month exceed Safeway’s maximum allowable amount allocated to assigned funds, Safeway’s contributions will be adjusted accordingly, not to exceed the maximum amount.
Each year, between August 1st and November 1st, all eScrip members must renew their Club Card to continue to receive contributions for the following year.
Renewal is easy: if you have provided an email address we will send you a renewal email with a simple 1-click renewal. You will receive this email even if you choose to opt out of marketing or special offer emails. Otherwise, you can return to escrip.com during this time to renew easily with one click.
Monthly qualifying purchases exclude purchases of Beer, Wine, Spirits, Tobacco Products, Fluid Dairy Products, Postage Stamps, Bus/Commuter Passes, Sports Games, Manufacturer Coupons, Lottery Tickets, Event Tickets, Gift Certificates/Gift Cards, Commuter/Transit Passes, Amusement Park Passes, Money Orders, Fuel, Bottle Deposits and CRV, Phone Cards, Fishing/Gaming Licenses, Pharmacy Prescription Purchases and Co-Pays, Safeway Club Card Savings, Safeway Store Coupons, and Sales Tax. Safeway reserves the right to exclude additional items from qualified purchases and to modify the list of organizations to which it contributes funds in the future. In order to participate in the eScrip program, you must first register your Safeway Club Card, choosing your preferred organization(s) for contribution. Present your registered Safeway Club Card at a participating Safeway store at checkout to track your qualifying purchases and contributions to your chosen organization(s).
