Before You Begin:

• Temporarily turn off any programs or browser options that prevent software downloads or block pop-up windows in your browser.

Frequently Asked Questions For Your Platform and Browser
I clicked "Accept" or "Yes" or "OK" to install the Print Manager, Why did the install fail?
• If your browser is Netscape and not set to run JavaScript, then our installation process may not work. To enable it, follow these steps:
• Select the "Preferences" item in the "Edit" menu.
• Click on the category "Advanced" in the Preferences dialog.
• On the right you will see a checkbox for "Enable JavaScript". Check this box and click the OK button.
• If your browser is Netscape, make sure the "SmartUpdate" feature is enabled.
• If you are behind a firewall, the installation may not work. Please contact your system administrator.
• If you are running a "personal firewall" application on your computer such as Norton Personal Firewall, McAfee Personal Firewall, or ZoneAlarm, the installation may not work. Please refer to the user guide for the program to learn how to temporarily allow the download and installation of ActiveX controls or browser plug-ins.
• If you are running Windows NT, 2000, or XP Professional, and you do not have administrator rights to your machine, you will not be allowed to install plugins. If you can log in with administrator rights, you can proceed with the installation.
• If your browser is Internet Explorer, your security settings may prevent the installation of plugins or ActiveX controls. To fix this, you need to:
• Open a new browser window.
• Choose Tools from the top menu, then Internet Options.
• Choose Security Tab, you can then view what level security you have it set for. If it says Medium (or lower), then there should be no problem. If it says High, then new ActiveX controls will not be installed. To remedy this you can choose Custom Level under the Security tab, then look for "Download signed ActiveX control" and either set it for Prompt or Enable.
• Some companies or personal firewalls will not allow individual users to download an ActiveX control. If you're running Internet Explorer, you can check your browser's security settings (see above) or you check with your system administrator.
• You may have a 'pop-up blocker" feature turned on in your browser or you are running software that prevents some ads from appearing or blocks software from downloading. Some browsers include a feature that blocks "pop-up" windows or blocks the download of small software programs used to enable certain features on web pages. You may also purchase separate software that performs these functions, usually marketed as "security," "anti-spyware," "privacy," or "personal firewall" software.
I am unable to install the Coupon Print Manager. Can you email me the coupon?
• No. You must print coupons from the Coupon Print Manager. Coupons do not transfer via email.
I installed the Coupon Print Manager but didn't see any option to print the coupon.
• You will not see the normal print dialog box when the coupon is printing. The coupon will print directly to your default printer. If your default printer is not near your computer (such as on an office network), you may need to go to that printer to see if your coupon has printed.
I received an error saying, "We cannot print to (or on)..." my printer.
• You may not print to fax machines or fax modems or file-based print drivers (i.e. Adobe Acrobat) or other programs that create PDF or image files. Please check your printer settings to make sure your default printer is a regular printer. The coupon must be printed to paper. Some printer drivers (this will be displayed in the error message) have an option to print to a file that cannot be circumvented. For security reasons, these printers are not supported. If you have a multifunction printer (fax, copy, print), please make sure the printer function is the default printer on your computer.
I received an error saying "These codes are no longer valid."
• The offer or coupon you were trying to print is no longer available, or you have printed the maximum number of coupons allowed on one computer.
